Thermal insulation for rectangular and square external ductwork
Insulating external duct systems can present a challenge to specifiers, especially when what is required is a product that is durable, fire resilient and compatible with common external finishes. The Rockwool DouDuct slab made from the dual-density stone wool slab with aluminium foil facing bonded to the outer surface does exactly what is required, offering up excellent thermal performance without compromising on fire safety. The DuoDuct slab has a Euroclass A1 reaction to fire and comes in a 50mm thickness.
