Similarly to other AIM materials, the AIM Fire Stop Blocks are manufactured using Rockwool high-density stone wool. The Fire Stop Blocks are incorporated during construction to seal apertures held permanently in place by compression. The other role of the fire stop bricks can assume is a fire break within metal cladding systems.
